Our luxurious guest accommodation is on the first and second floors of a spectacular new addition to a Medieval Kentish Hall House, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There are four en-suite bedrooms and a guest reception room with a small, but well-equipped kitchen where you can make tea, coffee, snacks and even simple meals. We have a newly built outdoor swimming pool and a grass tennis court in season, both of which are available to our guests. We look forward to meeting you...
Room 1
Airy and spacious, with a king-size, four-poster bed, Room 1 is on the first floor, adjacent to the Reception Room. It is furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk/dressing table, and has beautiful views over the gardens and surrounding landscape. The bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub.

ROOM 2
Nestled in the eaves on the second floor, Room 2 has a king-sized bed, wardrobe and chair. The pièce-de-resistance is the en-suite bathroom, with double-ended free-standing bathtub and spectacular westerly views – ideal for a sunset soak.

rOOM 3
Our cosiest room can be configured with twin beds or a superking. Best for short stays or for children with parents in Room 2 opposite. Storage is limited, but there is hanging space and underbed boxes for folded items. The en-suite wetroom has beautiful views for those over 5’5″!

room 4
Our largest room and the most flexible, Room 4 can be configured with twin beds or a superking. Additionally there are two foldout single beds so it can accommodate up to four guests. Furnished with a wardrobe with full-length mirror, chest of drawers and small desk, the room has a small en-suite bathroom fitted with an over-bath shower. Room 4 is on the first floor.

The kitchen/reception room is for all our guests. There you can prepare drinks, snacks and simple meals. There is an induction hob, fan oven, fridge with small icebox, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a full range of cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery.
Help yourself to tea and coffee, plonk yourself on the sofa and enjoy the view.
