Cookery Course Terms and Conditions

If fewer than the minimum 6 participants are registered 14 days before the first day of the course, the course will be cancelled and participants will be refunded the full amount. Should a participant need to cancel, the following terms apply: Cancellation more than 40 days before commencement of course – course fees will be returned in full, subject to an administration fee of £100.

Cancellation between 7 and 40 days before commencement of course – course fees will be retained unless we are able to fill your place. If we are able to reallocate your place, course fees will be returned in full, subject to an administration fee of £100. Cancellation less than 7 days before commencement of the course – no refund will be offered.

Payment of £700 (£630 for the October 2019 course) to be made on application and paid to: Mrs V S M Tagg t/a Hurst Farm B&B A/c no 53464679 Sort code 20 88 13. Please reference payment with student surname and ‘DofE’. Participants will be accommodated in single, double or quadruple rooms according to date of application, and assigned appropriately according to gender. All rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. There will be a maximum of 8 participants on any course. All participants will be required to sign an indemnity form upon arrival. If you wish to see this in advance, please ask.
